Lawrence S. Horn, Chair of the Firm’s Business Crimes and Tax Litigation Practice Groups, was interviewed for a Star-Ledger article entitled “When amnesty runs out, tax havens could be hell” by Bob Braun. This article states, “Time is running out for tens of thousands of wealthy taxpayers–including many from New Jersey–who thought they could safely hide their money in off-shore banks.” According to Horn, “It’s time to come in from the cold.
