Robert Stonehill, Of Counsel to Sills Cummis & Gross, has more than thirty years of experience advising clients with respect to general business law issues including shareholders agreements, operating agreements, employment agreements, licensing agreements, trademarks, mergers and acquisitions and factoring and banking facilities. He has also advised clients concerning their estate plans, including preparation of wills and trusts.
