Robert R. DiVita is a Member of the Firm and focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and financing, with a particular specialization in commercial condominiums. Prior to joining the Firm, he was Associate Real Estate Counsel at Toys “R” Us, Inc. Mr. DiVita is a frequent moderator and speaker at real estate industry sponsored conferences and at continuing legal education seminars.
