Peter M. Flannery is an Associate with the Firm’s Real Estate Department and focuses on land use and development law, including the representation of clients before planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment for the approval of mixed use projects, subdivisions, site plans and variances; and before state agencies for development permits. Mr. Flannery also negotiates and prepares redeveloper agreements, financial agreements for long term tax exemptions and other development incentive applications and agreements.
