Paul M. Sayegh is a Member of Sills Cummis & Gross and is resident in the Firm’s New York office. He focuses his practice on representing financial institutions in connection with commercial finance, secured and unsecured lending and asset-based lending transactions.
He also represents owners and developers of industrial, commercial and residential real estate in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, management issues, brokerage issues and financings.
