Morton S. Bunis is a litigator who, throughout his career, has represented individuals, corporate and public entities in diverse litigation matters. He represents clients in stockholder disputes and agreements, including disputes relating to corporate governance, deadlock and freeze-out situations in closely held corporations, and litigation involving co-ops and condominiums. He has represented owners, contractors and design professionals in construction disputes, including those involving defects in structure, installation and design and has represented national real estate brokerage firms on matters including recovery of commissions, housing discrimination claims, sales transactions and contracts.

Mr. Bunis has served as a Special Master to the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey. He has lectured to trade associations of life insurance and estate specialists on the subject of lost wills and the ability to effect a testator’s intention in these cases.
