Kyle E. Vellutato is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Vellutato concentrates his practice on complex commercial, financial services and real estate litigation, and regularly represents banks, lenders and financial institutions in federal and state courts. He litigates matters involving disputes related to loan origination, servicing and default litigation, claims brought under the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”) and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”), and related state and federal consumer protection statutes.
Mr. Vellutato served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable William E. Nugent, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. During law school, he served as an Extern for the Honorable Mitchel E. Ostrer, J.A.D, Superior Court of New Jersey, a Tax Clerk for the Exelon Corporation and an Intern for the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Vellutato was an associate at Blank Rome in Philadelphia.
