Katelyn M. Brack is an Associate in The Family Law
Practice Group of Sills Cummis &
Gross. Ms. Brack focuses her practice on
all aspects of family law litigation, mediation and settlement negotiations,
including contested issues of custody, parenting time, child support, alimony,
equitable distribution and domestic violence.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Brack served as a Law
Clerk to the Honorable John A. Jorgensen, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey,
Chancery Division, Family Part, Middlesex County. During her clerkship, Ms. Brack conducted
legal research and drafted memoranda and orders on pre- and post-judgment
While attending law school, Ms. Brack served as Research
Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. She
also volunteered at Sanctuary for Families, where she provided legal aid
services to victims of domestic violence.
