Jack M. Zackin is Co-Chair of the Firm's Creditors' Rights/Bankruptcy Reorganization Practice Group. For almost 30 years, Mr. Zackin has represented secured creditors and other parties in interest in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
Major Chapter 11 cases in which he has recently been involved include: Tarragon Corporation, a national real estate developer, Extended Stay Hotels and Pascack Valley Hospital.
Mr. Zackin is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and Past Chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is also a frequent lecturer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
