David C. Lee, an Associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Sills Cummis & Gross, is resident in the Firm’s New York office. Mr. Lee’s experience includes litigation, prosecution and licensing in the fields of digital communication, wireless and wireline technologies, storage and information systems, Internet technologies, business methods, complex financial systems, and other electrical, computer and mechanical technologies.
Mr. Lee’s litigation experience includes non-infringement, invalidity and other defenses in patent infringement suits, discovery, summary judgment motions and declaratory judgments. Mr. Lee’s prosecution experience includes preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the U.S. and in foreign jurisdictions, including European Patent Office, China, Korea and Japan. Mr. Lee has counseled individual inventors as well as large corporations on intellectual property matters.
