Bisma Muhammed


Bisma Muhammed is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department. She concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters.  

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Muhammed was an associate with a regional boutique litigation firm and previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas W. Sumners, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. 

While attending law school, Ms. Muhammed was the Editor-in Chief of the Rutgers Business Law Review. Additionally, she was active in the Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic, the Honorable Morris Stern Pro Bono Bankruptcy Project, and a member of the Minority Student Program. She received a certificate in Corporate and Business Law from the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance. Ms. Muhammed is fluent in Urdu/Hindi.
