A. Sonu Ray is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Employment and
Labor Practice Group. Ms. Ray represents
and counsels employers in all areas of employment law and wage and hour
disputes. She has represented corporate
clients from a range of industries, including financial services, health care,
pharmaceutical, hospitality and manufacturing, in connection with employment
disputes before federal and state courts and agencies.
Her employment litigation practice
focuses on representing management in single and multi-plaintiff cases in the
areas of employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and other
employment-related litigation, including claims of sexual harassment, age,
disability, gender, pregnancy, race, retaliation, family leave laws,
restrictive covenants and contract disputes.
Ms. Ray also advises and counsels
clients on a wide variety of employment law matters, such as workplace policies
and personnel issues that arise during employment, including family and medical
leave eligibility, disability accommodations, wage and hour matters,
