NJBA is a professional trade association comprised of builders, remodelers, material suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, lending institutions, utilities and others involved in housing and building-related fields. The priorities of NJBA are to promote, protect and improve the building industry in New Jersey.
Mr. Kasuba focuses on land use and land use litigation. He has extensive experience in handling diverse litigation matters in federal and state trial courts, and in navigating the land use approval process.
