More and more businesses are training
their employees in mindfulness because of the benefits, both personal and
professional, that meditation can achieve.
Now Sills Cummis & Gross is bringing mindfulness training to the Firm.
On April 20, the Firm is hosting a
Mindfulness Workshop for its attorneys.
The workshop will be led by Dean Sluyter, the acclaimed author of Natural Meditation: A Guide to Effortless Meditative Practice. Meditation training for lawyers may seem unusual
for a law firm to offer, but lawyers deal in strategies and evidence, and the
