Clint Kakstys – Member, Real Estate | New York
Clint Kakstys focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties throughout the United States. In 2004, he received a J.D. from the University of Connecticut, where he was the Lead Articles Editor of the Connecticut Law Review. He received an A.B. from Princeton University in 2000.
Diane M. Lavenda – Member, Corporate | Newark
Diane M. Lavenda represents international and regional banks and borrowers in all areas of financing transactions, both taxable and tax-exempt, and related matters including real estate. She has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 1978 and a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in 1975.
Nicole Joy Leibman – Of Counsel, Litigation | Newark
Nicole Joy Leibman provides outside general counsel services; and handles commercial, intellectual property and real estate litigations, as well as AAA arbitrations. She also has extensive experience in the ever-growing electronic payment space. She received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, a B.A. from Rutgers University and a B.S. from Rutgers School of Business.
Marc D. Leve – Of Counsel, Corporate | New York
Marc D. Leve focuses on mergers and acquisitions, factoring and other commercial financing transactions. He also advises on other business, corporate and organizational matters. He received an LL.B. from the Bar Ilan University Law School in 1984. Prior to his admission to practice in New York, he practiced in a commercial law firm in Tel Avi, and served in the Israel Defense Forces as a military prosecutor with the rank of Lieutenant.
Katherine M. Lieb – Of Counsel, Litigation | New York
Katherine M. Lieb focuses on intellectual property and licensing litigation, class actions, real estate litigation and general business litigation. She served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Irenas, United States District Judge, District of New Jersey. She was selected for inclusion in the 2014 and 2015 editions of New York Metro Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star.” She received a J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2005, where she was the Managing Editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. She received a B.A., cum laude, from The College of William and Mary in 2002.

Lori K. Sapir focuses on a diverse range of litigation matters, including general business litigation, real estate related litigation, insurance defense and bankruptcy cases. She received a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 2002 and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Brandeis University in 1999.
William R. Tellado – Of Counsel, Litigation | Newark
William R. Tellado focuses on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including banking and finance, secured creditor, civil RICO, restrictive covenants and unfair competition and contract actions. He was appointed to the District VA Ethics Committee by the New Jersey Supreme Court for a five-year term beginning September 2013. He received a J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007 and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the City University of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2002.
