Beth S. Rose Named One of Benchmark’s Top 250 Women in Litigation in the U.S.

July 18, 2016

For the third consecutive year, Sills Cummis & Gross’ Product Liability Practice Group Chair Beth S. Rose was named to the 2016 edition of the Benchmark Top 250 Women in Litigation list. This annual publication by Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC honors the accomplishments of America’s leading female litigators.

Ms. Rose also is Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group, sits on the Firm’s Management Committee and leads the Firm’s Women’s Initiative. She has tried complex product liability cases to verdict in state and federal courts throughout the country. Ms. Rose is the lawyer to whom General Counsel turn when they need an aggressive but practical approach to “bet the company” product liability matters. Clients rely on her expertise to develop successful and cost-effective strategies consistent with their business goals.

According to the publisher, “[the] publication’s extensive research process, which encompasses six months of investigation into the individual litigators’ professional activities as well as client feedback surveys and individual interviews, has culminated in the selection of the country’s most distinguished women in the world of litigation. These women have earned their place amongst the nation’s leading female litigators by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients. Though they hail from widely different practice areas, they all share the distinction of being recognized as top players in their respective fields.”
