The Highlands Water Protection & Planning Act applies to approximately 800,000 acres in the northwestern portion of the state. It will have a major impact on the area affected, as well as on the remainder of the state.
This timely program will bring together the Act's primary sponsor, Senator Bob Smith, Esq., and lawyers and planners who will be involved in the new law's implementation. You'll hear from those most intimately involved in the legislation and its implementation how the Act will impact your clients, whether you represent builders, developers, landowners, or county or municipal governments.
