Jeffrey H. Newman, author of "Hear With Your Heart: Mastering the Art and Skill of Listening," will speak on enhanced negotiating techniques. Techniques to convert a “no” into a “yes” by discovering the “because” hidden in the “no.” A variety of techniques will be discussed, including the use of questions, the use of silence and, most importantly, learning how to really listen with our hearts. Mr. Newman speaks nationally on negotiating techniques, marketing and leadership, and has authored numerous articles as well as his recently published book.
