Issues to be discussed will include: latest trends/issues in healthcare fraud enforcement at the state and federal levels, Federal Rule 16 Discovery and disclosure of Brady material in the aftermath of the failed Ted Stevens prosecution, Attorney-Client Privilege and the representation of corporate executives in criminal investigations after United States v. Ruehle, and latest trends/issues in the use of deferred prosecution agreements and joint state/federal investigations.
