Public Contracts and Procurement Regulations in New Jersey

This one-day seminar is designed for administrators and managers of cities, counties, special districts, school districts and other public entities, buyers, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, managers, presidents and vice presidents, principals, architects, engineers and attorneys involved in public works construction.  Attendees will learn about construction procurement procedures, contract performance and resolution of contract controversies for projects governed by the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act.
