The issues involved in commercial leases are varied and there are substantive differences between leases for office space, retail space, industrial space or a ground lease.  There also are differences in the negotiation of leases if your client is a large or small tenant or the landlord of a large or small leasehold.

The panel of experienced commercial real estate leasing attorneys will focus on the concerns that require the greatest attention when negotiating office, retail, industrial or ground leases. In order to provide the greatest informational content to the registrants, the morning session will include an overview of issues of particular importance and concern presented by individual panelists and the afternoon will be devoted to a panel discussion of a variety of significant issues for particular lease type transactions and how each issue is impacted differently by the type of lease involved in the transaction.
