This session focuses on the psychological and emotional elements of negotiating, as well as discusses many of the proven "substantive" techniques of effective negotiating. The program presents a variety of "real life" issues for discussion, analysis and resolution among the attendees. Techniques are also offered to enhance effectiveness in borrower negotiations, perhaps the most difficult of all negotiations.
