Closing Remediation and Construction Financing Gaps on Your Brownfields and Other Redevelopment Projects

Ted Zangari and Cecilia Lassiter will explain the new State financial incentives available under the New Jersey Economic Recovery Act of 2020, including the new Brownfields Redevelopment Incentive Program Act and the Aspire Program, as well as incentives available at the local level to make your projects financially feasible. They will also preview the new “Emerge” incentive for businesses considering a relocation to or expansion within New Jersey.
