A/E Issues Construction Superconference: Solving the Problems Owners and Contractors Have with Design Professionals and Vice Versa

Loryn Riggiola, a Member of the Firm's Construction Law Practice, William Loew, Vice President, URS Corporation, and John Sutphen, Vice President and General Counsel, O'Brien & Gere Ltd. will take part in a panel entitled "A/E Firms and Delay Claims." This panel will identify the time-sensitive pressure points in the A/E’s relationships with other project participants, evaluate those risks as real or theoretical, examine the availability of insurance coverage and discuss aspects of claim prevention and preparation.
