Mr. Horn will join a distinguished group who will address the areas of privileges; focusing primarily on the attorney-client privilege, Fifth Amendment privilege, attorney-client work product doctrine, corporate privileges and waivers of privileges. The program will also discuss the new US Department of Justice Guidelines with respect to privileges in the corporate context and related ethical issues as well as the act of production privilege, work product protection and potential sanctions for improper assertions of privilege. The program will further focus on these issues post-Enron and the impact of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act upon the attorney-client privilege.
