Ted Zangari – New Jersey DEP hopes outsourcing will speed up cleanups.
With more than 20,000 polluted sites in New Jersey, the state is outsourcing the cleanup in an effort to speed up the rate at which toxic properties are being fixed. “Zangari said the program will help reclaim once-toxic land.”
