This article highlights the recently signed lease between Ameriprise Financial Inc., a Minneapolis-based financial planning, asset management and insurance company, and Silverstein Properties. According to the article, "This is Ameriprises' first New York City office since becoming independent of American Express last September." The 10 year, 20,000 square foot leases covers half of the 39th floor at 7 World Trade Center. Mark S.
