Justices Void 6-Month Filing Deadline for Discrimination Claims

On June 15, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that an employment agreement or contract created by a company cannot shorten the two-year statute of limitations for an employee or former employee to file a lawsuit alleging violations of the state Law Against Discrimination.
