According to this Times of Trenton article, Hamilton Township “has agreed to re-bid the private lease of its ecological facility, settling litigation with a local recycler that had alleged the contract was awarded unfairly.” The article continued, “'We are very pleased in the result, which is precisely what we asked for before we even filed the lawsuit,' said Anthony Argiropoulos, [a Member] of Sills Cummis & Gross, which represented Britton [Industries]."
