The developer of a casino hotel entertainment complex in Atlantic City is trying to secure $1 billion in financing to complete the project. This was one of the topics discussed at a Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey meeting. According to this article, “Ted Zangari … said incentives for businesses to stay, expand and relocate to New Jersey must be maintained.” “These incentives can't go away because 49 other states are chasing after the same businesses. We have a lot of work to do, especially when some groups repeatedly set up a false choice saying if it's good for business, then it's bad for the environment,” said Zangari.
