- 2-5 years
of land use experience.
- Prior experience in Urban Planning
and/or City & Regional Planning required including but not limited to experience
in economic development and sustainability and environmental issues.
- Ability to review plans submitted by
developers and asses them for feasibility, compliance with zoning,
environmental impact, etc.
- Possess a
JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
- Admitted to
practice in the State of New Jersey.
