- 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience, with an
emphasis on construction claims, delay and productivity losses, disputed change
orders, design issues and bid protests.
- General knowledge of construction contracts, including
construction management, cost-plus, subcontractor and design agreements.
- Strong writing skills necessary to draft complaints,
answers, discovery requests and responses, motions and briefs.
- Strong research skills and oral communication.
- Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong
- Must be admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the
State of New York.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to
interact directly with clients.
