Member
Kevin J. Moore is a Member of the Firm’s Real Estate Department and focuses on redevelopment, redevelopment litigation, land use, land use litigation, affordable housing, affordable housing litigation, incentives, commercial real estate law and solar energy law, including roof leases, equipment leases, power purchase agreements, land use and incentives. He counsels clients on a variety of land use, redevelopment, affordable housing and incentives issues, including representing them before courts, governing bodies, planning boards and boards of adjustment seeking approval of major mixed use projects, planned unit developments, general development plans, subdivisions, site plans and variances; and for applications for permits before various state agencies. Mr. Moore also negotiates and prepares numerous redevelopment agreements and financial agreements (for long term tax exemptions) and often incentive agreements. He also structures complex condominiums and prepares commercial condominium documents.

Mr. Moore was chosen as a 2007 President’s Award recipient of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NJ-NAIOP) in recognition of his dedication and service to the organization. Mr. Moore, with his law partner, Ted Zangari, received the 2010 Industry Service Award from NJ-NAIOP in recognition of his dedication and service to the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Moore has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. He has been selected for inclusion in Chambers USA since 2006 and The Best Lawyers in America since 2007. He was also selected for inclusion in the 2006 and 2009 editions of New Jersey Super Lawyers.
